This is a quilt byMarcia Middents. This is to remind us how precious our senses are to interact and remember each other. A strong message of memory and love.
Marcia Middents statement for the quilt : the first line of this piece just came to me one night and I thought about how, from the time we’re born until we die, we rely on our senses to help us remember. Because for people with Alzheimer’s that link fades away, they and their loved ones are left to hope and believe that the heart holds the memories the mind has forgotten.
This is Marcia dedication to the memory of Beebe Moss and George Ridder
